Just curious how much everyone has/had lost after week 1. the book claims average of 3 lbs by end of week 1.
I feel I am going bananas with all the water requirement...but i am trying to stay positive and drink all the H2O that he wants us to. For the fruit, can we have bananas ? I thought i read some place that it is not recommended since it has alot of calories
There is no way I can make these shakes , i work 12 hour days and i am on week 1, day 2.......any suggestions on store brands? The book says for week 1 , a shake of 300 calories..with no added sugar...most of the store brand shakes have sugar...
