wow, i didn't think this was going to work, since i binged on chocolate 2 nights out of 7 in Week 1 :ohwell: and I didnt exercise at all. But my weigh in today, I was down 4 pounds !! I am going to do better this week.

i went on the facebook page for ShredderNation...and alot of helpful hints...apparently there is a veggie burger day ..not sure which week though...lots of people are confused if they can have bread with it or not.

yeah, its winter here as well and real hard to drink even room temp water, brrrr. woke up to snow and couldn't get to the gym. hopefully roads will be clear by afternoon and i can get there...otherwise, may need to skip exercise today .

oooooo... i've been putting a whole banana in my oatmeal for meal 1 each day. yikes!

having a hard time drinking all the water. before each meal/after each meal ..PLUS all the liquid at each meal. i am going to the bathroom all day long :(

I started on Monday just like you.! Day 2 was good, except i forgot to take bread to work ...Meal one says 1 piece of wheat bread...i skipped that.

thanks again, going to the store to buy the Special K protein shakes...i looked online and they have a new strawberry /banana flavor

thank you for the tip...i just dont have a method of taking the shakes to work, and refrigerating them. i will try special k. Week 1, day 4, meal 3 says i have to have a shake,,doesnt allow anything else to be substituted.

I started yesterday..definitely requires ALOT of planning. spent almost 2 hours at the grocery store with the book open on my shopping cart to buy the ingredients. :)
