Taking in less calories than I should. . ?
I just joined this website, and according to it, I should be taking in roughly 2,000 calories a day. However, even before I started "dieting," I never took in that many. On an average day, it's usually around 1,500. Is this bad, and could it be a reason that I haven't lost weight, because I'm actually eating too little ?
