Getting through a plateau phase
My goal is to drop a couple more kilos before Aug 24. I'm feeling positive due to my weight loss so far and improved fitness, I have 8 kilos to go and this is certainly the difficult phase as I have stayed the same weight for 4 weeks now. Any tips for kick starting the weight loss again?

Calories burned in Stength Exercises?
Where do the calories burned in Stength Exercises show. When I add cardio activity the calories burned show but when I add time on stength and weight activities it just shows the list not calories burned. Please can someone help? Thanks.
