Back again for the third time. Did really well last time until I developed problems in both knees and my left foot. Lack of exercise plus stress, etc means I'm back where I was. Still have knee and foot problems so it's going to be more challenging to get any exercise in. Fingers crossed for me guys.
Short term goal for me is to lose a stone by the end of March. My calorie deficit is 750 a day for weight loss so as long as I can burn off an additional 540 calories per day I should be able to hit this target.
