The pictures are ten years and 70 pounds apart. Lots of logging, exercising, stopping and starting over in between. Still working on toning but I am happy in my body. The moral of the story is believe in yourself!

Day 250.......NSV
On Day one I was a size 18-20. It was not pretty. Today I put on my goal pants and they fit. Size 10. It is still strange to me....I hold up a size 10 and think how tiny they are and I will never fit in them. Time to get a new pair of Goal Pants!
