Journey to a healthy me

I made the decision October 2018 to improve my health. I joined a gym and began working out 3 times a week. I set out to prove you can’t put exercise a bad diet and gained 5 pounds by January 2019. Then I joined MFP. With Meal planning and exercise, I my goal is now in sight. In January I was 213. Today I am 177. I am stronger and have muscles I hadn’t seen in years. About 20 more pound to go.
