I am a 5ft 6in felmale and weigh 149lbs, to reach my goal i want to lose 19 more lbs. the first 21 came off very easily with light workout, now i have intensified my work outs to running 20 mins walking 10, elliptical for 20 mins, and excersise bike for 20 mins every other day.
