Down 90 pounds first year, not much progress after...
I started using MFP in January of 2013. I gradually ramped up exercise to 90 minutes of walking, so between January 2013 and September, I lost 10 pounds per month, losing 90 in total. My goal is to lose 170 in total. Since September of 2013 and August 2014, I have only lost 10 pounds in total. I had a period last Christmas…
