How do I know if my workout is effective?
I began with 21 days of doing Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, which was 20-25 min of HIIT, which made me sweat and got my heart rate up. I lost a few inches all around and 10lbs. Always Hungry
WELL, I started back to clean eating after having a very "busy" and unhealthy week. Had breakfast around 10:30am (its my day off, I slept in) and packed in about 30 grams of protein with 2 eggs, prunes, sunflower seeds, raw almonds, and 4 slices of turkey..plus my usual cup of coffee with cream. Why am I not losing weight?
I work 2 jobs 5-6 days a week. I wake up at 5am and work at Starbucks for 5-6 hours then I head home, shower, and go to work at Sherwin Williams (a paint store) for 5 hours.
