Am I the only one who thinks greek yogurt is GROSS?!
Its too thick, and leaves my mouth feeling all coated and nasty. I love reg yogurt (and home made raw milk yogurt is AMAZING!), but greek yogurt is just gross. I cant be the only one?

Is lifting 1x a week enough to mantain LBM?
I am beginning to train for a half marathon. I dont want to lose any LBM I have, but I need to focus on running. I will also be in a defecit. I would like to reduce my lifting to 1x a week, but is that enough?

I just weighed a single, 35 calorie serving of texas toast brand croutons. It was 4 croutons! I wish food manufacturers would put a realistic serving size, along with a higher calorie count!
