High Raw and weightlifting

Recently my natural eating habits have been gravitating towards a high raw (non vegan) diet....I have been primal for about 2 years now and it seems like a natural transition. I also started lifting weighta about a month ago (and not the barbie ones, lol!).
I'm wondering if I'm geting enough protein to build muscle. I lift heavy 3-4 times per week.
Usually I have been having a green smoothie of some sorts or a savory veggie juice for breakfast (32oz ish) then a mega salad (usually with some raw nuts or seeds), and then some steamed veggies, a small salad and some meat for dinner. I snack on fruits and some raw veggies Lately though I have been having a hard time even forcing myself to eat more than 2oz of meat at dinner. I'm. Not afraid of fat and eat plenty (avocado and oilive oil in my salads....plain avocados as snacks, nuts and seeds, etc...)
I'm just wondering if I am getting enough protein while lifting heavy?
