my chart is telling me that im not eating enough calories and every day i eat breakfast,lunch,snacks such as today smoked salmon,egg whites,tuna saute (steak cut raw),spinach ,garlic, potatoes,watermelon and 7 glasses of water.And i fill so full cannot eat anything else. AND ITS TELLING ME ITS NOT ENOUGH CALORIE INTAKE…
i was doing great since i started 3 days ago and today i ate some 25 kibe (quibe) small ones but it shot my calories over 3500 above my goal. i will have to make up tommorow
