Okay make SURE you eat 1200. If you can't eat anymore hunny, DRINK your calories at the end of the day to get yourself to 1200 okay? I know sometimes it can be a challenge to hti that 1200 mark because of the low calorie foods you're ingesting, but you need to for your own health! If you find at the end of the day you're only at 1000 (or anything less than 1200) have a glass of orange juice, apple juice, have some cider, some hot chocolate, or have a low cal snack, popcorn, fruits and veggies, almonds etc.0

you are supposed to eat 1200+ calories a day to fuel your body. According to most doctors you are not eating enough. Over an extended period of time this can damage your metabolism, etc...
If you are full, then don't eat. However, if this is occurring daily, maybe change something in your diet so that you can eat at least the minimum calories your body needs to be healthy.0 -
The minimum calorie goal is set to 1200 because (assuming you're eating nutritious foods rather than junk) you can't generally get enough nutrients from your food if you eat less than 1200 calories--so if you're not hungry, have something that's both calorie and nutrient dense (I like cheese or peanut butter or something like almonds) to get yourself up to the number of calories to keep your metabolism up and still get some nutrition (drinking a can of soda will up your cals, but won't give you any nutrition, so it's not a good choice in this case).0

Took a quick peak at your profile and it says you are male, so actually you should be eating at least 1,500 calories per day.
Minimum Calorie Intake
You must consume a minimum number of calories per day even when you're actively trying to lose weight. Adult males should get at least 1,500 calories per day and adult females should get at least 1,200 calories per day, according to the Mayo Clinic.

I did notice you didn't mention anything about dinner. Are you only eating 2 meals per day? Maybe you should add some more carbs (pasta, rice, etc.) into your diet or dairy. Eat some whole eggs instead of just the egg whites.
You're not doing yourself, or your health, any favors by eating such a small amount each day.0
