Zumba - Calories Burned?
So I know Zumba is really popular but when I do a search for it in Exercise - Cardio I don't find anything. The closest thing I found was "Aerobics - High Impact" and for a 60 minute workout it only says I burn about 560 calories. I know for Zumba the norm is to burn about 800-1000 calories per hour worked. Has anyone been…
