Weighing Meat Raw
I did not know until reading the Calorie Counting 101 sticky at the top that you are supposed to be using the raw weight of meat. I really thought it was the cooked weight! So I'm very thankful for that thread. Who knows how long I would have gone on? It really makes a difference with something like red meat.
