So, I totally bombed on my eating plan yesterday. Ugh,... felt like old times. BUt I'm trying to get back on track today and not let it lead me down a bad path for the week.
Hi, yes, I love ice cream and that's part of the reason I'm back :) I'm trying to really pay attention to what I eat, and what's in what I eat. Trying to be good and track Macros, so far it's really hard. BUt starting the journey with optimism.... Hope to make some new friends/accountability pals here, too.
