Mouth Guards
I just joined a gym and had to buy a mouth guard. I know i have to get used to it, but I can't imagine getting used to this without gagging, anyone have any advice, or prefer certain mouth guards? I'm just trying to wear it randomly to get used to it.

I have done 30 Day Shred here and there and never for a full 30 days. In fact I don't think I've worked out in any fashion for 30 days straight :) I invite anyone to join me (or with "Ripped in 30"), I'm pretty much posting to ensure that I do it :P Hold myself accountable.
