Hi everybody! So I'm not completely new to working out, but I really want to get on a workout routine that will help me lose weight and tone up. Does anyone have any good routines that I could try out?

So I really want to cut out meat from my diet for the next two weeks. Yep, officially going vegetarian (for the next two weeks anyways). Does anyone have any tips?

Looking for support.
Hi everyone. I'm new to the program. Today is my 11th day and I'm starting to get the hang of it. So far, I've only lost an inch and a half. Is that normal? Too little?
