Huh. Who knew.
I've *****ed about a total lack of support in my life for my weight loss both here and on /fit/. Then this week, so far four 'mirin's in three days. Feels ****ing awesome.

What do you see that inspires you to do more?
I have this one guy I see in the afternoons along my walking route. He's slow as hell. He's hunched over a rolling walker. He's got to be in his mid-seventies to mid-eighties. I've no idea how far he goes or how long it takes him, but every day I see him out there, pushing anyway.

Not sure how to record this one!
Walked all around My Fair City this morning through the hills of one section. Given I carry 30-40 lb pack, should I put this as 3.5 MPH walk, backpacking, or cross-country hiking? The calories burned are VASTLY different between the three at 641, 1182, and 1031 respectively.
