Here's what I'm looking to move to after linear gains have slowed:

Pattern:
AxBxAxx BxAxBxx

All sets are 3x5 unless otherwise noted

A:
Good mornings (weak back work)
Front squat
ATG lowbar squat
Deadlifts 1x5

B:
Bench press
Seated OHP
Bent over row


Routine B seems to be missing something though - what compound exercise can I add to it given I can't do a successful pullup yet and eschew machines?
