I'm having a very difficult time getting all my power fuels in that NS says I should be eating without going over 1200 calories for the day. Even when I use things under 100cals... Anyone else have that problem? I usually skip the Power Fuel at lunch all together. How do you deal with it?
I used to use The Daily Plate and hated it when they "updated" thier format! I've looked at several sites and this one looked like it had the biggest food database and looks easy. So I'm excited, lets loose some weight!
