Goals
Does anyone have any Goals in mind and what are they my first Goal is to lose 10% of my weight which started out at 103 Kg so making that approx 10kg I have no date in mind as this would just stress me out so I will plod along slowly but surely. I have promised myself a new bottle of Perfume when I get there. <3

Back from Holidays
Hi everyone I am back into the fold after spending a wonderful fortnight on Holiday. I didn't go mad eating everything in site but did enjoy my Seafood while we were away, we went to Coffin Bay in South Australia which is home to some of the best Seafood our State has to offer beautiful Oysters and Whiting were on my plate…

First Month
Hi Ladies hope everything is going well.So how was your first month of the new year, mine was good and I managed to stay on track both food wise and with exercise going to the Gym 3 times a week. Weight lost was 4kg or about 9lbs which I am happy with. Wishing everyone the best Jacki

Have you made any changes this Month
I was reading that a good way to cut down on your Portion size is by using a smaller Plate so I started using a Donna Karen Plate I bought a few Years back. o:)
