At the beging of the year, the wife and I thought it was time for a lifestyle change. So finally breaking the 250lbs mark I thought I would share with all of you, because without all the great info everyone posts here it would have made my journey not as enjoyable. What to with limited time?
I am very limited on spare time to do any form of exercise(approx 1/2hr per day), what would be the best thing for me to do? I wish I could "make" time but with two young boys at home and being stuck on the afternoon shift, it's diffict. Any suggestions would be great. Currently I speed walk with weights, do stairs, and…
