TDEE and BMR....help?
I was reading some of the posts, and I saw TDEE and BMR being mentioned a couple of times. I've went on to find out that these mean Total Daily Energy Expenditure and Basal Metabolic Rate. For me, the TDEE came out to be 2380 and the BMR is 1613.65. How can I use this information to help with my weight loss? I'm not…
