Program Adaptation? Discouraged by Time & Gym Limitations
Hi All, I'm just about to complete Stage 1. I have been using my office complex gym during my 30 minute lunch breaks to knock out my workouts. I've been seeing good results and really love the program. I am feeling a bit discouraged, though, as ladies ahead of me in the program have shared (on this forum) that the future…

Maintenance or Deficit?
Hi all! I am almost a month in to NROL4W, and so far I've had good results. I've lost nearly four total inches, one of which was from my waist. I'm having some balance issues in the gym (damn single-leg romanian deadlift!) and thought my shoes may be to blame. Do shoes matter? If so, what should I be using for lifting? Thanks!!

I have 10 1/2 month old twins, and am having trouble finding time to exercise. I work full time, and my husband works in the evenings so I have baby duty until the babies go down at 8:00... By the time they're in bed, I'm so tired I struggle to find motivation for exercise. I would like to find a way to incorporate the…
