Sleep paterns -
So I am wondering how exactly to get all the sleep I need/want and still fit in a full work day and a work out. I work at 5:30-6:00 everyday, and get home, eat and am read for bed. When I am at work at my project site I stay at a lodge where there is a gym and between 6-9 it is packed. I'm a little (very) self concious and…
