I'm 27 years old and I have no excuses anymore. I've got the drive and determination that I was lacking several years ago to make this happen! I'd like to get around 130-140. Well, I've come to realize that I have been taking in too much sodium (in my opinion.) Not only that, but I don't drink NEARLY enough water. OK, so I really didn't drink water at all... I'm trying to remedy that as of today. My question is, won't i retain water from all the sodium?!? I would hate to step on the scale day…
