Last year I started my journey and lost alomost 20 lbs. Now I am still doing the same thing but not losing. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Monday I weighed 125.4 and Wednesday (today) I weigh 126.4. I have eaten probably a little less than the 1200 calories. Just don't get it. Any suggestions?
Please forgive me I am new to this. I have done the BMR calculations and keep getting different amounts. I am 128 5'5 and want to lose 5 lbs. How many calories do I need to consume and lose weight? Thanks!
