What technique do you use? Once a week? Every day? Do you move the scales round the house to get a better reading? Any routines or rituals? Do you always take the first reading? Do you have to weigh 3 times and take the average lol :)

HELP stomach toning
Hi guys, Does anyone know of a way to tone stomach muscles that isn't crunches or sit ups? I've got a back injury and sit-ups/crunches are really hard to do and I'm worried about injuring myself further! Any suggestions would be appreciated :) Pete
