I just youtubed Zumba and worked out to it. Boy it kicked my butt. Does anybody know how many calories you can burn doing Zumba? It is not in the database.

I keep going over my protien. Does anyone know how this will effect my weight loss in the long run?

Canned Salmon
I have two cans of Salmon in the pantry and really don't know how to fix them. Usually I would add an egg and some cornmeal and then fry it in the skillet, but I don't even want to know how many calories is in that. Any good ideas on how to use them and not blow my calories out of the water?
