ZUMBA - which DVD is your favorite?
Hey everyone! I started doing ZUMBA about 6 months ago and LOVE it! Which DVD is your favorite? I find that the RUSH DVD is the one I put in the most. estimating calories burned?
Hey there! Just curious how you estimate your calories burned during a workout when you don't have a machine to "tell" you what it is. I just did the week 1 exercise for the 30 minute shed and not sure how to track it in my exercise. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!
