Breast feeding and calorie total
Hi Maybe this is elsewhere on the site, but does anyone know if there is an extra calorie allowance for breast feeding? There is in other slimming groups. I looked for it in 'exercise'(!) but it's not there and I can't find a search function for it. I am exclusively BF a 14 week old Thanks
