SO I do a lot of classes at my gym, like Body Pump, Max Cardio/Core/ , plyo/cardio blast and P90x. Just curious how to input these. I have been logging it as intense aerobics and or circuit training but I am not sure if that calorie count is accurate. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Unfortunately I can't run right now, I have a bad knee from running my last half marathon. I am doing a lot of strength training and some cardio intervals but I need to amp up my cardio. Any suggestions? Thanks!
