What is FIIT?
I've seen people posting that they use the FIIT program, but I can't seem to find specifics about what it is. All I can find is that it is a method of exercise that maximizes benefits in a shorter time period. Is it only a program you have to pay for at a fitness center?

How much water do I drink to offset coffee?
I usually drink plenty of water during the day, but I also like to have a cup of coffee in the morning, for the caffeine. Since it is a diuretic, how much more water should I drink to compensate for the diuretic effect of about 10 ounces of coffee that I drink?

Substitute for noodles in soup
For me, soups work really well since they are filling and aren't too heavy on calories. The only problem I'm having is that a number of soups I prepare and enjoy have noodles. For example, when I make chicken soup, I usually add ditalini or egg noodles. I think they help make the soup filling. Any ideas what I can…
