New to MFP
Hello everyone, and thank you for any and all information. I am 45 and I am a "bit" :) overweight. I am male, 5'8" and weight in at 215 correctly. I started wit 230, so i lost some. I have been looking at the setting in MFP, and i noticed that i can change the settings for the calorie intake. My goal is to loose 30 more…
