Discouraged and doing it alone :(
I just recently joined the site, but I've been dieting for 4 months on my own. Several years ago I had decent success going to a diet clinic that had me eating 1200 calories a day, so I just decided that should work for me now too. I started out at 288 lbs. and am now down to 250, but I've been stuck for about 3 weeks now…
