Exercise novice help needed
Help really. I'm sick of being a far cow, who is shockingly unfit. I was thinking of doing the 30 day shred and the couch to 5k together. I was just wondering if it's possible to do both together? Like coach to 5k mon, weds,fri then TDS tues, thurs, sat, with 1 day off. Or is that too much excersise?!? Any advice is much…
