Aside from the obvious, we all want to be healthier, but once you reach a certain goal, do you have any other goals in mind? Mine are to compete again amateur bodybuilding/fitness competitions and host my own fitness events. Working on the fitness event now. So what ar eyour ultimate goals? :-)

What styles of music gets you motivated in the gym? I am a rocker at heart. AC/DC, Van Halen, Boston, Allman Brothers Band, GodSmack, Lordii, Fozzy, Motörhead, just to name a few gets me pumped and ready.
