why does exercise add to my suggested calorie intake?
I logged in my exercise this morning and it added to my calorie count. I don't get it. What am I missing?

Should I add weights to my exercise now or later?
I'd really like some input on this. I already know that muscle aids in fat burning, but I'm trying to decide if I should wait. I want to lose about 20 more lbs before I add the weights to my workout plan. Anyone care to share their thoughts on this? Especially those who've have this struggle.... Thanks in advance.

Starting all over again....
Not new to the site but new to the forums... I'm a bit of a lurker, but I realize that lurking won't get me much support. I need to lose 105 lbs... just need to get past losing the same 25 lbs over and over again. Lol... So here goes nothing.... again! :smile:
