That was hard.
Didnt quite make it through w4d1. Seemed like a big jump to me. I felt like I needed more recovery time in between running intervals. W3d1 seemed hard but by w3d3 it wasnt anymore. went out dancing after midnight
Didnt drink. Wore my armband. Really fun to see the graph! But it put 530 calories burned on tomorrow because the date changed while I was out. I want to eat those calories now! Ill have to do the math for myself dammit.
