Zero results! Mega frustration!
After an initial weight loss of 12 pounds I have now been stuck at 220 for three weeks. I can't eat any less because I am at 1200 calories already, and I am exercising more with zero results. Anybody have any suggestions? Oh, and no, my thyroid does not need to be checked - its been checked and is fine. I am so frustrated!
