This same thing has been happening to me often. Now that I am in my third month of this adventure I find myself NOT hungry, but with 300 - 500 calories left for the day. If I do not eat I get the "You are not eating enough calories..." error message. Do we have to eat even when we are not hungry.

I am right there with you! I wish I had words of wisdom. Folks here are suggesting that I need to eat more calories which just terrifies me. I lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks and have sat stuck at 220lbs for three weeks now.

I am eating prepared food because I gained this weight eating VERY healthy, non-processed foods which I prepared from scratch. I am an excellent chef and I love my own food; lots and lots of very good food.
