STUCK!!!

I am at the point that I always get to and never get past. I'm on that hump where I can never get over and onto the other side.
I have been doing more vigorous cardio and watching my calories. But I fluctuate up and down a half a pound or so with my weight. I know this is just a barrier that I must break through, but I struggle at this point. This is where I've given up in the past and just gained back what I had lost. Not this time... I will push through.
Any pointers as to how to make this struggle a little less frustrating?

You may need to adjust your food since you've lost 9 lbs. Your goals change as you lose weight, because you require fewer calories just for daily living.
I've heard that if you hit a plateau, it's good to completely change your workout routine for a while. Do something that you're not used to doing. Sometimes that can kick-start your metabolism and get your body burning those cals again.

I am right there with you! I wish I had words of wisdom. Folks here are suggesting that I need to eat more calories which just terrifies me. I lost 12 pounds in 3 weeks and have sat stuck at 220lbs for three weeks now.0

Don't focus as much on the scale (Iknow it's hard). The scale can zap you positive attitude on your lifestyle change. Your goal has to be to get in better shape. How often do you weight in? I say no more than once a week. Also switch up your workout sometimes. It will make a difference.

I agree. Go into Goals/Change Goals/Guided and it will change your calorie allowance based on the new weight. This will probably help. If it doesn't, give yourself a couple days to eat whatever you want, then get back on the wagon. Sometimes we have to confuse our bodies to jumpstart them again.0 -

I have gone in and changed my goals. I didn't know to do this so thank you for the suggestion. I do mix up my workouts some and have gone more intense lately... that's why being stuck is so frustrating. BUT I will not give up!!! This time I will do it.0 -
When I hit this (and I think we all do) I got serious about running. I had been at the jogging point for several months but it wasn't until I broke into a good sprint that the weight started coming off again. I know you said you increased your cardio but sometimes it takes that extra "UMPH" to get past a plateau.
