Foods fortified with Vitamin D
Hello, I need to increase my Vitamin D intake. Does anyone know where I can get extra Vitamin D other than the milk, fortified margarine, cereal bars and supplements? I'm looking for low calorie snacks/foods if there are any. Thanks in advance for any input you may have.

Frozen blueberries
I found a new favorite... 3/4 cup frozen blueberries, 1/2 cup nonfat milk and a packet of splenda. It created blueberry ice milk. I felt like I was eating ice cream without the guilt.
