Are my goals realistic?
Since November I have lost 12 pounds.. When I think about it too long, it doesn't sound that great at all, but then I consider that I began at around 230 pounds, I am ecstatic to be where I am! I was just wondering if you guys could give some feedback based on how realistic my goals are. I would love to hear some success…

Calorie Overload: Can I make up for it?
