Well everyone should be getting in the swing of things. 5 weeks so far and I am feeling better, I have made some healthier choices and have been exercising and actually liking it!
I really have just started the whole exercise thing. It has been 2 weeks and I am really starting to like it. I look forward to it now. I never thought I would be one of those people but I just may be. 4 pounds down this week and looking forward to Sundays Zumba Party!
