Hello Everyone, I absolutely love this format and have the main setting figured out but I am wondering what everybody has their percentages for Carbohydrates, Fat and Protein set at. I have mine at 40/30/30 (carb/fat/protein). I have a hard time with protein so have opted to drink a protein shake every day.
