Hi Everyone - it is the second day of my diet and I am checking out the Community forums. I am doing OK but the diet is early, am hungry, not eating enough calories yet getting too much protein (without trying to eat a lot of protein).
I am new to MFP having just started on the program yesterday before breakfast. I had been on one diet previously which worked very well until life became too busy for serious exercise, nutrition went out the window and too many cookies became a habit. My goal is to use 30 pounds just to get myself back to a healthy weight…
