I need Calories without sugar or proteing

I am new to MFP having just started on the program yesterday before breakfast. I had been on one diet previously which worked very well until life became too busy for serious exercise, nutrition went out the window and too many cookies became a habit. My goal is to use 30 pounds just to get myself back to a healthy weight (where my clothing fits).

I remember some of the components of that diet, lots of veges, very little diary (dairy and cookies are my downfall), keep away from the sugar, moderate fruit, moderate protein with every meal as well as moderate starches.

I felt I have been eating very reasonably the last two days but I need to add calories without increasing the protein and, yesterday, without increasing the carbs.

Does anyone have suggestions? I am already eating a fair bit of fruit and veges and I don't want to increase my fiber level to much over just a couple of days (baby steps on the fiber).
